- What are the purposes for continuing to process your personal data?
We process the personal data of our contacts, clients and suppliers for the purpose of managing the commercial relationship with our organisation and, in particular, the contractual aspects, the sending out of information about our organisation and the sector, about the organisation of activities, campaigns or events and the sending of informative and commercial communications (including via electronic channels).
- How long do we save your personal data?
The personal data is saved for a period of six (6) years, in keeping with current accounting regulations and, if relevant, ten (10) years in keeping with regulations on money-laundering.
In any case, C&P shall save your personal data while they are necessary to offer the contractual relation and unless you request their elimination. However, it will store them during the necessary period of time to comply with the legal obligations which correspond in each case to the type of data.

The legitimate basis for the personal data processing is that of mutual interest and consent of the user.
- Who may be informed about your personal data?
The data may only be notified to third-party organisations linked to C&P in the area of managing their products and/or services for the same purposes referred to above, as well as to the relevant Public Administrations when so required by current regulations.
C&P has established contracts or contractual agreements and security measures with third parties to guarantee the correct level of security and of personal data protection throughout the related chain.
- What are your rights with respect to your personal data?
You may request access, rectification, removal, limitation to their processing, carrying and opposition to having your personal data processed at any time.
You may revoke the consent to the sending of commercial communications and carry out the above-mentioned rights by sending an email to email@example.com along with documented evidence of your identity. Unless you have previously indicated this, using the unsubscribe option found at the bottom of electronic communications, in which case we already have this information.
