Joel Cortés Casals and Josep Pérez Copons, founded CORTÉS & PÉREZ AUDITORES Y ASESORES ASOCIADOS S.L. on April 1, 1980, and since its foundation they have been managing the Firm as Partner-Managers until September 2013, when they handed over the effective management to the new generation of partners, although they continue to be part of the Board of Directors.

Both are Commercial Professors, Economists and Chartered Accountants, and their professional project began to take shape as fellow students and friends since 1964 when they began their studies together at the former Escola de Comerç de Sabadell.

This friendship of more than 50 years, the illusion and above all the effort, is what has allowed the consolidation of a project that starting from zero, has become today a Firm with offices in Terrassa and Barcelona, and more than forty collaborators, experts in the different fields of business advice.
